Food Orders
Because our products are freshly prepared food items, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared or completed.

Cancellations
Orders are sent to the restaurant shortly after they are placed. Because food preparation may begin quickly, cancellations may not be available once the order has started being prepared.

Pickup Orders
For pickup orders, customers are responsible for arriving at the restaurant at or near the estimated pickup time.
We are not responsible for food quality changes caused by late pickup.
Delivery Orders
Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, traffic, order volume, kitchen delays, or other factors may affect delivery time.
Delivery fees are generally non-refundable once delivery service has been provided.
If there is an issue with a delivery order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Incorrect Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including phone number, address, pickup or delivery selection, and order details.
